Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to customers all around the globe.


Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our partner warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Most orders are fulfilled from our primary warehouse in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we aim to process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed, but you may still return the order for a full refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the following business day. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as sales or holidays.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location and current demand, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?

Our prices are listed in USD and are tax-free at checkout. However, your country’s customs office may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Venci. For more information, contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

To start a return, email us at support@venci.co and include your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.


What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?

If you receive an item that’s defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation request. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
